Returns & Refunds Policy

At Little Bee POTTERY, every piece is individually handmade with care. As each item is made by hand, slight variations in shape, size, colour and glaze finish are a natural part of the process and make each piece unique.

We want you to love your pottery. If something isn't quite right with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care when making and packaging your pottery to ensure it arrives safely. However, we understand that accidents can occasionally happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at littlebeepottery3@gmail.com

When getting in touch, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the damage or issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and, if applicable, its packaging.

We'll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, Little Bee POTTERY will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

Please note that your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

Change of Mind

As all of our pieces are handmade in small batches, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Choosing the wrong item, size or colour.

  • Deciding you no longer want the item.

  • Changing your mind after placing an order.

  • Deciding the item is not quite what you expected, where it matches its description and photographs.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, capacities and photographs before placing your order.

Handmade Variations

Each piece of Little Bee POTTERY is individually wheel-thrown and glazed by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Small variations in shape, size, glaze colour, texture and finish are expected and are part of the beauty of handmade pottery. These natural variations are not considered faults or defects.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item has a major problem or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
