Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Handmade pieces may have natural variations in shape, size, texture, glaze colour and finish.
Glaze movement, layering and other variations are part of the handmade process and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

These natural variations are not considered faults where the product remains consistent with its description and photographs.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices and availability from time to time. We may also discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to acceptance and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we need to cancel or make a change to your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided at checkout. If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, you will receive a refund.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.

We take care to package our pottery securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the damage and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
