Thank you for supporting Little Bee POTTERY! Each piece is handmade with care, and we take just as much care when preparing your order for its journey to you.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before being dispatched.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

As each piece is handmade and our studio is small, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your pottery.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside our direct control. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive any available tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

We take great care to package each piece securely to help ensure it arrives safely. As our pottery is fragile, we use protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Damaged Items

Although we take every precaution when packaging your order, accidents can occasionally happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the damage.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

We'll review the issue and get in touch to arrange an appropriate solution.

Please note that this reporting timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
